Area of use: The BrauLAB TCU-D5151 main control unit is suitable for use as a teacher unit in the laboratories of science, physics, chemistry and biology. It has 220V electricity outlets that the teacher may need in practice and has a combined laboratory power supply with alternating current (AC) and direct current (DC) outputs between 0-15V voltages. In addition, protection and control of feeding lines to student units can be done. In case of emergency, there is an emergency button which can cover the entire system. Water and gas lines leading to student desks can be opened and closed via the main control.
Body: 1mm Electrostatic painted on galvanized sheet. It is extremely resistant to rusting.
PSU: 0-15V 5A DC fine tuned and 1.5-3-6-9-12V 5A AC stepped power output, 0-30V DC voltmeter and 0-30V AC voltmeter display, short circuit and Overload protection. The protection system is implemented with an auto resettable fuse. There is no need to change the glass fuse frequently at this point. In the event of a short circuit, the fuse can be returned to its original position and operation can continue.
At the same time, voltage can be taken from DC and AC outputs.

Outlets: 220V 16A IP44 with two earthed lids. The sockets are covered and sealed. It is water resistant.
Sink: 40x30 has a chemical-resistant washbasin made of polypropylene plastic. It is manufactured in seamless and integral form with injection molding system. The sink is also plastic and resistant to chemicals.
Water tap: Lab. Type single cold water tap is chemical resistant durable epoxy polyester coating. At the tip of the tap is a nozzle compatible with 6-10mm hoses. To prevent the panel from getting wet behind the water tap, a water piping made of transparent plexiglass has been placed.
Gas tap: Lab. Type single gas tap is chemical resistant epoxy polyester coating. It has a quick coupling system that provides bi-directional safety. According to this, even if the gas valve is opened, the gas outlet will not be provided if the tubular hose is not attached. The gas hose can not be fitted while the gas valve is open. On the other hand while the bunsen burner hose is attached, the hose can not be removed until the valve is closed. Thus, uncontrolled gas outflows are prevented.
