It protects the working area of the cabinet, prepared reagents, products etc. from contamination. It has a hepa filter, blower and a UV lamp for this purpose. Due to its special air flow dynamics, it prevents ambient air going to inside. Lighting and sterilization lamp switch, fan switch are located on the top panel of the PCR cabinet. It has a digital panel that adjusts the UV working life and times. The PCR cabinet worktop is made of A304 stainless steel. PCR cabinets do not protect the environment and the user. Class 2 biosafety cabinets should be used when working with hazardous biological agents.
